youth, and family counsellingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to evidence-based, person-centred practiceRequirements:Social Workers - must hold as a minimum a bachelor's degree in social work which provides eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)Psychologists – must hold a four-year degree in psychology, being a three-year degree with a fourth-year honours in psychology, or a qualification deemed equivalent by the employer, and be registered (general) or eligible for registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia via AHPRA.
