This is a Part time role, HIGA Level 2.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Thoroughly clean, prepare and maintain guest rooms.
Thoroughly clean Hotel public areas and back-of-house areas
Restock supplies such as towels and amenities.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
What We need from you
Communication and customer service skills- approachable and articulate
Strong attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team
Motivation – your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energised
Great teamworking attitude
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions
