We are a busy and popular Brow Bar looking for experienced Brow Artists proficient in Brow Threading with a real passion for all things beauty!
We are looking for both full-time and part time brow artists.
We are hiring for our several locations:Westfield Southland & Doncaster, CBD and Highpoint.
We are looking for the best Brow Threaders with a minimum of five years of threading experience.
You must be creative, love beauty and cosmetics, have excellent brow skills and a passion for customer service.
Excellent understanding of brow shaping is a must, as well as the ability to consult with clients on best outcomes.
Lash & Brow tinting and Lash & Brow Lifts experience preferable.
You must have the ability to work under pressure in a busy walk-in salon environment.
Full command of the English language is required.
You must be flexible to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
You must be able to perform the below daily activities with little supervision:
Skill Set/Experience Required:
Minimum 3 year's threading experience
Perform world‐class brow and facial threading with extreme accuracy
Perform brow and lash tinting (with careful consideration to colour matching)
Brow & Lash Lifts
Provide in-depth client consultations




Exceptional Customer Service
Answer and effectively explain all customer questions
Clearly, communicate with clients with ability to give appropriate feedback and product/service recommendation
Maintain light conversation with clients
Communicate Brand and Company Ethos to clients
Welcome and greet clients into salon
Perform Duties such as:
Housekeeping: General cleaning and maintenance of salon.
Merchandisesalon and stations in presentable fashion to company requirements
Cash Handling and end-of-day financial reconciliation
Attend training and work-sponsored events occasionally

Work comfortably in a physically demanding environment (Often9‐hourshifts, with minimal rest breaks/sitting)
Work well under pressure in a busy walk‐in salon environment
Work in both team environment and alone
Understand and perform all company directives
