Our Arundel office near Harbour Town Shopping Centre is seeking an experienced candidate to join our small team environment at Pizza Ovens R Us & Outdoor Kitchens R Us.

THE ROLE:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administration and Sales Support Coordinator to manage customer orders from receipt through to final delivery.
This office-based role requires excellent communication, strong administrative skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, warehouses, and freight carriers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Provide administration support, customer service, and product advice to customers.
Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and online enquiries.
Follow up customer quotes and new sales leads.
Assist existing customers with enquiries, orders and sales support.
Prepare quotes, invoices, and process customer orders accurately.




Coordinate warehouse orders and order fulfilment.
Book pallet and bulky freight with transport carriers.
Track deliveries and liaise with freight companies to resolve delivery issues.
Liaise with 3PL warehouses to coordinate dispatch and outbound shipments.
Manage delivery timeframes and keep customers informed of order progress.
Process sales efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
Schedule and assist with showroom appointments.
Perform general office administration and other duties as required.

SKILLS:
Experience working in retail, e-commerce, operations or distribution businesses
Highly regarded: Experience using inventory management systems, 3PL warehouse portals, HubSpot CRM, Shopify and Xero.
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
