As we continue to expand across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing retail team.This is a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, ideal for people who enjoy customer interaction, thrive during busy trading periods, and want to grow with a global brand.

What You'll Do
Deliver Great Customer Experiences- Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service- Share product knowledge and introduce new collections- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain Store Standards- Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards- Support deliveries,



stock counts and inventory accuracy- Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready
Support Daily Store Operations- Process transactions accurately through POS systems- Follow store procedures and loss prevention standards- Support product launches and peak trading periods
Who You Are
- Confident and customer-focused- Passionate about retail, pop culture or collectibles- Energised by fast-paced environments- Reliable, positive and adaptable- Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
Part-Time Availability Requirements
- This is a permanent part-time position.
- Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required.
- Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week.
- Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work-life balance.
- Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
- Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential
