The RoleWe're looking for reliable and highly motivated Labourers / Trade Assistants to join our commercial solar division.
You'll support the installation of solar panels, racking systems, and electrical containment works on industrial and commercial projects.
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with solar panel and racking system installations on roofs and ground-mount systems
Supporting electricians with electrical containment works and cable management
Handling tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintaining tidy and safe worksites
Helping the team complete projects on time and to the highest standards
Reporting to and communicating with the Project Supervisor and Manager
Keeping to the installation schedule and providing information for reporting
This role is hands-on, physically active, and perfect for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a team delivering large-scale solar projects.




The right candidate may also have the prospect to move into an apprentice role if they show the right qualities and interest.

What We're Looking For
People who are highly motivated with a good attitude
Previous construction, trade assistant, or labouring experience (solar experience a plus but not essential)
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
High regard for workplace health and safety
Driver's licence (essential)
Desirable but not essential:
Experience with tools, racking systems, or electrical containment
Working at Heights and EWP licence
Construction White Card
