Position Profile: We are
currently seeking to appoint a Clerical Officer.
Provides general clerical and administration
support to the programs, staff and clients of Kimberley Aged and
Community Services.
This position will provide relief for all other
clerical roles, and be the first line of contact for client
contact.
This is for a Permanent Full Time or Fixed
Term Full Time appointment with the possibility of extension(s)
and/or permanency.

45,000 Aboriginal people, over a vast two and a half million
square kilometre area.

1. Demonstrated ability to provide welcoming,
professional and culturally respectful customer service,
communicating with empathy and patience to ensure older people,
families and visitors feel supported.
2.Demonstrated experience providing
high-quality administrative support, including reception duties,
with the ability to manage competing priorities, organise workloads
and complete multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Well-developed digital literacy and
administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and experience using
databases or other business systems to maintain accurate
records.
4.Highly developed communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working
relationships and contribute collaboratively as part of a
team.
5.Ability to meet the operational
requirements of the role, including holding a current C Class
driver's licence and demonstrating the willingness and capacity to
undertake work-related travel, including overnight stays where
required
