As our Showroom Consultant, you'll be the friendly face welcoming builders, renovators, trade customers and retail clients into our Osborne Park showroom.You'll guide customers through bathroom, kitchen and laundry product selections, prepare quotes and help coordinate their projects from the initial consultation through to delivery.
This isn't a quick, one-off sale, you'll stay involved throughout the process, keeping customers updated, following up orders and making sure everything runs smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales or administration career who is organised, proactive and eager to learn.
Previous plumbing or showroom experience would be helpful, but it isn't essential.
We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of their work.
This is a full-time, 38-hour-per-week role based in Osborne Park, WA.
Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
A typical day will see you:
Welcome retail and trade customers into the showroom and understand what they need for their project.
Provide tailored product and design advice across bathroom, kitchen and laundry solutions.
Help customers coordinate colours, products and finishes that work well together.
Prepare quotes, process orders and manage project follow-ups through to completion.
Maintain regular contact with customers through phone calls and emails.
Check product availability and work closely with suppliers to coordinate stock.
Keep customers informed of order progress, delivery timeframes, and any potential delays.
Build strong relationships with builders, suppliers, and retail customers.
Maintain a clean and well-presented showroom, including displays, product information, and pricing.
Learn and maintain product knowledge across plumbing and bathroom solutions.
Contribute to showroom and branch sales targets.
You'll take ownership of the customer journey from the time they first enter the showroom until their products are received.What you'll need to succeed: We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in staying organised and is comfortable following up to keep projects and sales moving.
This includes:
Experience in administration, customer service, retail or sales.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence managing emails, phone calls, quotes and ongoing customer follow-up.
A proactive approach and the willingness to chase information or progress a sale.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Reliability, accountability and the ability to take ownership of your work.
Resilience and the confidence to work through delays or changing customer needs.
The ability to work independently without needing every task closely directed.
A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider branch team.
An interest in interiors, renovations, colours or design.
Plumbing, bathroom, tiles,
trade or building supplies experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
Australian Working Rights: A citizen or permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand.

The systems and product knowledge can be taught.
