About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the financial planning team while delivering a professional and welcoming experience for clients.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and assisting with general enquiries
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails
Coordinating appointments and managing adviser calendars




Preparing client documentation and correspondence
Maintaining and updating client records and files
Supporting the administration team with day-to-day office tasks

Previous administration, reception, customer service, or office support experience
