Job DescriptionTHE TRUSTEE FOR BUNBURY FOODS UNIT TRUST Task & Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Management: Provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Assist customers with product selection based on their needs.
Store Operations & Inventory Control: Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
Manage stock levels, inventory tracking, and ordering processes.
Ensure correct pricing, promotions, and product displays.
Maintain store cleanliness and organisation.
Staff Management & Training: Plan and coordinate work schedules for retail staff.
Recruit, train, evaluate, and mentor team members.
Implement performance management and staff development initiatives.
Conduct regular team meetings to ensure operational efficiency.
Financial & Business Management: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
Process transactions, maintain records, and handle financial reporting.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to enhance sales.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace health and safety regulations.
Ensure store security measures are in place.
