We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the kitchen team in daily operations.Plan, develop, and update menus in line with business requirements.Prepare and cook high-quality meals while maintaining presentation standards.Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency.Manage food ordering, stock control, and inventory.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations.Train, mentor,
