Develop your administration career in this Site Administrator role at our Boddington operation.
You will be the key point of contact for administrative support onsite, coordinating accommodation, personnel movements and site records while working closely with operational teams to ensure the smooth running of village services.
THE POSITION
Provide administrative support to site operations and management
Coordinate accommodation, room allocations and site personnel movements
Maintain accurate records, reports and site documentation
Assist with onboarding, mobilisation and compliance requirements




Liaise with clients, employees and internal stakeholders
Support day-to-day village operations and administration functions
THE PERSON
Must have a Cert III in Business
Must have INX experinece
Previous experience in an administration or site support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote workplace
Previous DIDO, FIFO or remote site experience highly regarded
