We need a high-performing sales professional who can hit the ground running, leverage existing education agent relationships, and actively recruit prospective students into our course offerings.You will act as the key driver of institutional growth, managing the sales pipeline from initial agent/student contact right through to course offer and enrolment—all while maintaining strict compliance with ASQA and CRICOS standards.Key Responsibilities:Actively recruit prospective international and domestic students to meet quarterly enrolment targetsBuild, maintain, and expand relationships with education agents and key industry partnersConduct detailed student consultations, assessing course suitability and entry requirementsManage the end-to-end sales lifecycle within the RTO CRM/Student Management SystemRepresent the college at education expos, agent workshops,
