What You'll Do
· In office role managing a small pod of assistants
· Inspections are outsourced, so you will have time to provide our landlords and tenants with quality service.
· Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, acting as the trusted point of contact.
· Handle maintenance requests efficiently, coordinating repairs and ensuring quality outcomes.




· Mentor and support junior property managers, sharing your expertise to help them grow.
· Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance client experience, and increase portfolio performance.
What You'll Bring
· Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager or in a similar leadership role within property management.
· Strong knowledge of relevant tenancy legislation and industry best practices.
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
· Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Property Me, Inspection Express).
· A current real estate licence or certificate of registration.
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for property
