About the Role
As a Retail Team Member at Neverland, you'll help bring our brand to life by creating memorable customer experiences every day.
You'll work alongside a passionate team, build genuine customer connections, and play an important role in delivering the energy and service we're known for.
Day to Day
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through genuine connection and styling advice
Building customer confidence by creating complete outfit solutions
Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Supporting stock replenishment and day-to-day store operations
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals
Contributing to Neverland's ongoing retail transformation

Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
