Pro West Surveying are a well established Land Surveying firm based in Osborne Park, Western Australia.
Our primary focus is cadastral and construction Land Surveying, with the majority of our clients being residential builders and land developers.
We are offering a great opportunity for an experienced Administration & Accounts Officer to join our growing team of professionals in a part time role.
Job Role
The job role will involve general office administration, providing support to project managers and book keeping.
This a part time role offering minimum 3 days per week.
The role may progress to fulltime employment in the future depending on the companies continued growth and the candidates availability.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities
Invoicing and accounts re-conciliation.
Assisting with fortnightly payroll and Super payments.
Processing of accounts payable and receivable.
Assisting with end of month BAS, PAYG, GST and Tax requirements.
Assisting with end of year BAS, PAYG, GST and Tax requirements.
Job setup and data entry.




Monitoring and management of the shared Admin email inbox.
Providing general admin support to staff and project managers.
Assisting with client inquiries, communications and job bookings.
Monitoring and up-keep of office supplies / consumables.
Mail delivery and collection (PO Box).
Ideal Candidate Attributes
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Experience with Xero Accounting software, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Previous experience working in the Land Development or Building sector.
Positive attitude, great work ethic and willing to learn new tasks.
Strong written, verbal and time management skills.
