What You'll Be DoingNo two days are the same at Ringers Western.
You'll be creating content seen by hundreds of thousands of customers across Australia and beyond.
You'll be:
Designing eye-catching creative for social media, email campaigns, digital advertising, website content, packaging, POS and print.
Bringing seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand stories to life through exceptional design.
Working closely with our Creative, Marketing, eCommerce and Product teams to turn ideas and briefs into effective creative.
Understanding the audience, objective and communication angle behind each project, not simply making it look good.
Taking ownership of assigned projects from brief through to final delivery.
Creating and maintaining brand assets, templates and design systems that keep our brand consistent and premium.
Assisting with catalogues, retail signage, event collateral and promotional material.
Managing multiple projects while delivering accurate, high-quality work on time.




Staying on top of design trends, creative inspiration and current technologies that keep our brand ahead of the pack.
Using AI as a creative partner to improve speed, generate ideas and increase efficiency—while knowing when traditional design expertise is what delivers the best result.
What You'll BringWe're looking for someone who combines creativity with reliable execution.
You'll ideally have:
Relevant commercial graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-moving brand, agency or retail environment.
Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
A fantastic eye for layout, typography, colour and visual storytelling.
Experience designing across both digital and print.
Excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
The ability to interpret briefs, ask useful questions and communicate clearly.
Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
The ability to receive feedback constructively and apply direction efficiently.
A positive attitude, great communication skills and a genuine love of working in a collaborative team.
Curiosity to learn and experiment with emerging AI creative tools while maintaining exceptional design quality.
Bonus points if you have experience in:
Photography, video editing, motion design or animation.
Fashion,



retail or lifestyle brands.
Social media content creation or digital marketing.
