We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Core Platforms to join a major digital transformation program within a leading Federal Government agency.
This role sits at the intersection of business, technology and delivery teams, providing strategic direction across core enterprise platforms.
You will own product vision, shape roadmaps, balance competing priorities, and ensure platform investment aligns with business objectives, customer outcomes and long-term digital strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate a clear product vision for core technology platforms.Develop, maintain and prioritise the product roadmap in consultation with business and technical stakeholders.Work closely with Product Owners, Agile teams and executive stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with organisational priorities.Facilitate value-based discussions, balancing business requirements, customer outcomes, technical debt and platform sustainability.Resolve priority conflicts and provide clear direction across multiple competing initiatives.Support the delivery of platform enhancements, modernisation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive engagement with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and governance groups to ensure successful outcomes.Collaborate with architecture,



design and delivery teams to ensure products align with broader digital strategy and customer needs.
About YouYou will be a strategic and collaborative Product Manager with experience operating in complex enterprise environments.
You will bring:Demonstrated experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or a similar leadership role.Proven experience owning product vision, roadmap development and prioritisation decisions.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive and delivery levels.Experience working across Agile delivery environments and supporting cross-functional teams.Proven ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes and technical considerations.Experience managing competing priorities and complex stakeholder landscapes.Strong communication, facilitation and decision-making skills.
Highly RegardedPrevious experience as a Product Owner.Experience working within SAFe, Agile Release Train (ART) or large-scale Agile environments.Government or highly regulated industry experience.Knowledge of the Digital Service Standard and human-centred design principles.Agile, Product Management or SAFe certifications.
