About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our Mandurah office 2–3 days per week.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors or contact HHG Legal Group.
Key responsibilities include:
Front-of-house reception and welcoming clients
Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately
Booking meeting rooms and assisting with client appointments
General administrative and office support to the legal team
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and daily office coordination




What a successful candidate will look like:
A professional, warm and approachable manner
Confidence communicating with a wide range of clients in person and by phone
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliability, discretion and a calm approach under pressure
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Experience in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage, but not essential — the right attitude and presentation are critical.
