Experienced Harvest Tractor OperatorLocation: Drouin South, Gippsland VIC
Tim Marshall Contracting is seeking an experienced and reliable Harvest Tractor Operator to join our team for the upcoming Silage and Hay Season.
We are an established agricultural contracting business operating a up-to-date fleet of machinery across Gippsland.
We offer modern machinery, competitive hourly rates and a great team environment.
This is a casual seasonal position offering plenty of hours throughout the silage and hay season.
About the RoleThe successful applicant will be involved in a range of harvesting operations throughout the silage and hay season, including:
Operating modern tractors and harvesting equipment
Mowing, tedding, raking and baling
Operating silage combination balers and assisting with pit silage operations
Daily machinery servicing, pre-start checks and basic maintenance
Working extended hours during peak harvest periods as weather conditions require
About YouWe're looking for someone with experience in one or more of the above harvesting operations.




You don't need experience in every aspect of the role, but you should have:
Experience operating agricultural machinery
Experience in hay and/or silage operations
A current driver's licence
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and rectify minor machinery issues
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, during harvest
