Job DescriptionResilience WA Pty Ltd Join our team at Resilience WA Pty Ltd as a Personal Carer, full time - 38 hrs per week, and make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, positioning and the safe use of mobility aids and equipment.
Support clients with eating, drinking and meal preparation while considering dietary, cultural and medical requirements.
Assist clients with medication in accordance with organisational policies, care plans and relevant legislation.
Deliver individualised care in accordance with care plans, ensuring the dignity, privacy, independence and wellbeing of each client.
Observe, monitor and accurately report changes in clients' physical, emotional and behavioural conditions to supervisors or health professionals.
Assist clients to participate in social, recreational and community activities to promote independence and social inclusion.
Provide companionship, emotional support and meaningful engagement to enhance clients' quality of life.
Perform domestic assistance duties including cleaning, laundry, changing bed linen and maintaining a safe, hygienic living environment.
Assist clients with shopping, appointments,



transport and other daily living activities as required.
Maintain accurate client records, progress notes, incident reports and documentation in accordance with organisational requirements.
Follow infection prevention and control procedures, work health and safety requirements, manual handling practices and safeguarding policies.
Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals, families and other support workers to ensure continuity of care.
Respect clients' cultural diversity, personal choices, confidentiality and human rights while providing professional care.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and report incidents, hazards or concerns in accordance with organisational procedures.
Qualification & experience Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role Current First Aid and CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
