From casual bistros to premium dining experiences, you'll work collaboratively with kitchen teams to prepare and deliver high‐quality meals that meet brand, safety, and service standards in a fast‐paced resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver high‐quality dishes across multiple food outlets
Coordinate tasks with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service
Support onboarding of new staff by sharing kitchen procedures and practices
Escalate food quality or operational issues to the Head Chef or Manager
Contribute to achieving operational, revenue,



and guest service targets
About You
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Food Safety Certificate (completed within the last two years – NSW or VIC compliant)
Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
Knowledge of food safety legislation and compliance requirements
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can‐do attitude
