Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee large-scale workplace design projects from
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative workplace solutions
conception to completion
Foster robust client relationships and support new business opportunities through industry networks
Mentor and guide internal teams whilst nurturing a positive, high-performing culture
Oversee project programming, resourcing and quality to ensure seamless execution
Contribute to strategic planning, process improvement and studio-wide initiatives
Skills & Experience




Proven experience in workplace design or related fields, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation abilities
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated capability in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Solid understanding of design business operations to aid directors
Proactive problem-solver with exceptional design, planning and documentation skills
