Dental Assistant / Receptionist Wanted

What You'll Be Doing
This is a dynamic, dual role where you'll have the opportunity to be hands-on in both patient care and front desk operations.
Clinical (Dental Assistant) Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are properly sterilized
Take X-rays (if certified) and update patient records
Support infection control and ensure a clean, protected environment
Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after their appointments
Administrative (Receptionist) Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
Answer phone calls,



schedule and confirm appointments
Manage patient files, insurance claims, and payments
Help coordinate daily office flow and maintain a smooth schedule
✅ What We're Looking For
Dental Assistant Certification (Level I or II) preferred But not Essential for right Candidate.
Previous dental office experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person!
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
Comfortable using dental software (we can train)
A true team player who enjoys helping others
