About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.
You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while managing a variety of administrative and reception duties.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working in a specialist medical practice is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Reliable, diligent, and hard-working with a positive attitude
Competent computer skills and experience with medical software systems
Key Responsibilities




Greeting and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner
Managing appointment bookings and scheduling
Handling telephone and email enquiries
Billing, receipting, and processing payments
Managing patient records and correspondence
Liaising with hospitals, specialists, GPs, and allied health providers
Supporting the surgeon and practice team with administrative tasks
