About the Role As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a skilled and welcoming environment while providing administrative support across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients, visitors, and contractors in a warm and professional manner Managing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries Providing administrative support to the wider team Maintaining accurate records and updating information within internal systems Coordinating office administration tasks, including mail, supplies, and key registers Supporting the smooth running of daily office operations This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work,
