Experienced educator qualities we are looking for:
a positive, bubbly and passionate individual who is committed to being a positive role model for children
confidence with building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and team members
excellent communication skills - verbal and written
knowledge and understanding / practice of the EYLF
knowledge and understanding of programming and planning in accordance to developmental milestones
knowledge and understanding of the importance of inclusive practices
eagerness to lead and teach the incredible growing minds of little ones
ability to create quality learning experiences for children
ideal candidate will have had previous leadership experience
ECT qualities we are looking for:
experience with implementing and leading an early childhood program
strong knowledge and understanding of the Developmental Milestones for children
experience with supporting and mentoring educators in a positive and proactive way
confidence in partnering with families to better support a child's learning journey
availability to work in direct contact with children (preschool room)
