COTTO Pizza & Cucina is a new Italian neighbourhood restaurant opening in Cottesloe in September ****.
Built around great pizza, fresh pasta, valuable wine and genuine hospitality, COTTO will bring Italian soul and Cottesloe energy together in a relaxed, lively setting.
We are now looking for passionate hospitality people to join our opening team:
• Chef de Partie• Commis Chefs• Pizzaiolo• Wait Staff• Bartender / Bar Staff
We're looking for people who:
• Care about quality and take pride in their work• Bring positive energy to the team• Work well in a busy, fast-paced environment• Are reliable, organised and ready to contribute• Understand that great hospitality should feel warm and natural
Experience is required for senior positions,



but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important for junior roles.
