Neami National is seeking a Peer Practice Lead (PPL) to support Peer Workers under IPS and the National Lived Experience Workforce Guidelines. You will help centre the consumer voice in planning, evaluation and service delivery, while guiding staff with lived experience to improve outcomes.
You will engage in supervision, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and broader training needs, while modelling mutuality and addressing power imbalances to strengthen the lived experience workforce.
