We are currently working with a range of leading law firms across Melbourne who are seeking experienced Property Legal Assistants, Conveyancers, Legal Secretaries, and Property Paralegals and Clerks.
These opportunities are available across boutique, mid-tier, national, and global law firms, providing exposure to a variety of property-focused teams and practice environments.

Commercial Property

Conveyancing

Commercial and Property Transactions
About the Roles
Depending on the chance, responsibilities may include:
Providing high-level legal support to property and commercial property lawyers and partners
Managing property files from opening through to completion
Preparing and formatting legal documentation and correspondence
Assisting with conveyancing transactions, settlements, and property matters
Supporting commercial property transactions, leasing, and development matters




Conducting property searches and managing relevant documentation
Liaising with clients, agents, authorities, and external stakeholders
General file management, billing, and administrative support
About You
We are interested in speaking with candidates who have:
Previous experience as a Property Legal Assistant, Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Property Paralegal
Exposure to commercial property, conveyancing, leasing, real estate, or property transactionsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client service skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy legal environment
A proactive and team-focused approach
