Airflow Air & Electrical is looking for an experienced air conditioning installer who is ready to step into a proper Leading Hand role.
We're looking for someone who wants to run quality installs, lead a small team, help train apprentices and build a role where their experience actually leads somewhere.

About the role
You'll be involved in quality residential and light commercial air conditioning work across the Central Coast, including:
Ducted air conditioning installations
Split system installations
New builds and renovations
High-end residential projects
Working with apprentices and other trades on site
Your job will be to help make sure installs are planned, organised, clean and completed to a high standard.
You'll have support from the office, clearer job information and communication from management so you are not left trying to figure everything out on your own.
What you'll be responsible for
You'll be expected to:
Read plans and understand the job before starting
Set out ducted and split system installs properly
Organise the site and keep the team moving
Lead apprentices and tradesmen and help them improve
Communicate clearly with builders, clients and the office
Keep jobs tidy, professional and on track
Raise issues early instead of letting problems blow out
Take pride in the finished product
