We are currently seeking adedicated and qualified Child Care Workerto join our vibrant team on a 38 hour per week, rotating roster, and help shape the future of our children through early education.
About the Role
Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children's learning and development.
Assist in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate educational activities.
Support the emotional, social and developmental needs of children.
Maintain hygiene, health and safety standards in the centre.
Build warm and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Observe, record and report on children's progress and behaviour.
About You
ACertificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care(or equivalent).
A currentWorking with Children Check (WWCC)and First Aid/CPR certification.
Sound knowledge of theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)andNational Quality Standards (NQS).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
Market-competitive salary of $80,000 – $85,000 per annum.
