Key Responsibilities
To manage and improve the operations of Evolution Trustees, with a focus on driving growth in the organisation and coordinating more complicated matters within the business.
Perform and facilitate Evolution's MIS establishment processes to produce appropriate scheme documentation, Offer Documents / Product Disclosure Statements in accordance with policy and procedures.
Improving the efficiency of operations, governance, risk and at the same time strengthen client relationships and trust.
Act as in a facilitation role including understanding and reviewing content from various service providers such as Fund administrators, Fund auditors, Fund tax advisors and Legal advisors
Managing client (across all services) and assisting specifically in complex matters such as ASX clients,distressed assets, Responsible Entity and Wholesale services, including large transactional work(refinances/corporate activity/debt structures)
Reviewing and advising on financial statements and tax statements
Assist in identifying and implementing performance management initiatives to improve operations to keep costs at efficient levels.
Monitoring reporting, and ensuring compliance system tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
Drive business development through the creating and finessing of proposals
Providing operational advice and enabling effective process to clients, investment managers, legal,financial and tax advisers during the establishment phase.




This includes the review of investment documentation to identifying and addressing any commercial or legal risks to the business
Facilitate risk management through supporting client selection and ongoing client monitoring.
Attending regular client meetings to build relationships and identify opportunities

Requirements
Qualifications & experience
An individual seeking to move from a business services / audit background to the financial services industry with 2-5 years experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
An analytical and problem solving mindset with excellent organizational skills
Effective client management, research and professional networking skills
Astute risk management skills and the ability to manage difficult client situations.
Significant skills in stakeholder management and professional relationship building skills.
Willingness to participate in business development activities, such as pitch documents, firm-wide pursuits, article writing and attending industry events.
Our team includes many experienced Chartered Accountants from Big 4/large firm experience, so we can support mentoring through the CA program if required.
