Workskil Australia is seeking an Employment Coach to support diverse customers at our Enfield site.
You will help customers set and achieve goals while meeting contractual requirements, with comprehensive training provided and probation completion leading to a Certificate IV in Community Services.
You'll work with a team of coaches and counsellors, delivering coaching to improve employability, assist with resumes, and connect clients to housing, mental health and financial counselling as needed.
