The Role:
Full Time | Part Time | Casual
This is a fast paced and an exciting place to work and the successful candidate will work within a supportive, dynamic team of dedicated nurses and multidisciplinary team, providing quality, evidence-based care.
We are employing nurses at both our locations and you may have the opportunity to work across both Forster & Mayo Private Hospitals with a variety of case mix and as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting our Medical, Surgical and Rehabilitation Wards.
Current registration with APHRA
Ability to work flexible hours – shift work, on-call and overtime as required
A commitment to service and quality improvement
A positive attitude and an adaptable approach to problem solving and decision making
Organisational skills with an ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical timeframes
Strong collaborative interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills
National Criminal History Record Check
Current Working with Children Check
Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant areas with a demonstrated sound knowledge and practice
Post graduate qualifications in relevant specialty or working towards same
Training in Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) & Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
