DP World's GROW Programme offers a 24-month structured rotation across Ports & Terminals and Container Parks, with hands-on learning, mentoring and exposure to senior leaders.
Participants will analyse operations, contribute to projects from day one, and gain experience in end-to-end logistics while building a global network across the DP World organisation.
Eligibility includes Australian/Current Zealand citizenship or permanent residency and availability to commence full time in October .
