We are continuing to grow and evolve, and we are now seeking an experiencedNational Pool Service Managerto lead, shape and expand our Onsite Pool Care business across the network.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager – Pool & Spa Division, this senior leadership role is responsible for the growth, evolution and long-term success of Clark Rubber's pool service operations.
The position focuses on developing strategies, programs, and initiatives that:
Drive sales and profitability for stores and mobile franchisees
Expand Onsite Pool Care services and customer acquisition
Improve technician capability and service delivery
Enhance customer experience across the network
As the key link between the National Support Office, franchisees, suppliers, and technicians, the National Pool Service Manager ensures Clark Rubber's service offer is consistently positioned, well-supported, and aligned with our brand and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop business plans and initiatives to grow the pool service business nationally
Support franchisees with sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and retention programs for Pool Technicians
Drive system development to ensure best-in-class processes for service delivery
Contribute to network development including mobile vans, acquisitions and new formats
Implement strategies to grow lead conversions
Collaborate with Marketing to deliver effective national and local campaigns
About You
To succeed in this role,



you will bring a blend of technical, commercial and leadership expertise.
Specifically, you will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in channel development of a service-related industry
Strong knowledge of trade services, field servicing, or installations (pool industry experience highly regarded)
A proven track record in delivering sales and profit budgets
Experience developing training programs and building technician capability
Strategic planning and business development experience, ideally in a franchise environment
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse reports and drive improvements
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
A systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
High computer literacy and ability to work in a disciplined, structured setting
