A current driver's licence

Confidence reading and working from technical/engineering drawings
A sharp eye for detail and consistent quality output
Strong grasp of safe work practices in a workshop setting
A dependable, team-first mentality suited to mentoring junior staff

Tickets in Forklift, Dogging, Working at Heights, or EWP operation

Day-to-day, you'll:
Carry out advanced welding and fabrication tasks using industry-standard equipment




Translate engineering specs and drawings into precise, workable output
Set up and prepare materials ahead of fabrication runs
Cut, form, and assemble metal parts to exacting tolerances
Deliver welds that pass code compliance and quality checks every time
Keep dimensional accuracy tight across all stages of production
Bring fresh techniques and up-to-date industry knowledge into the workshop
Support a safe, cooperative team culture, guiding less experienced tradespeople where needed
