Poised for growth, we are set to expand our market presence, and with this an exciting opportunity has arisen for a high achieving and motivated Internal Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role is pivotal to the success of our day-to-day operations, and provides transparent opportunities for growth and development within the business.
About the Position:
The Internal Sales & Operations Coordinator will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for the coordination of our day-to-day sales and operations functions.
The role supports the General Manager and field sales team by ensuring smooth operational workflow, accurate documentation, timely order fulfilment and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Duties:
First line customer response, including phone enquiries, emails, order processing and delivery coordination
Tender and Quotation response preparation and coordination
Coordinating logistics and deliveries
Coordination of warehouse,



manufacturing & installation activities
About the Person:
The role will ideally suit someone with experience in sales and operations.
We are seeking an individual with a 'can do' attitude, willing to get involved, highly self-motivated and keen to learn.
Key skills and experience we're looking for include:
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales support, internal sales, customer service or operations coordination.
Experience in a warehouse and manufacturing environment highly desirable
Experience using CRM, ERP or order management systems highly regarded.
Excellent phone manner
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work within a small team and autonomously
Can-do attitude with initiative and enthusiasm
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines whilst balancing competing priorities
