We're seeking a passionate and emerging Sales Representative to take charge of our Victorian, South Australian and Tasmanian territory sales.

What You'll Do:
Achieve revenue and margin targets
Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Solve problems and streamline operations
Drive business growth and identify recent opportunities
Maintain a high-performing and collaborative work culture
Travel intrastate and to Tasmania and South Australia to ensure relationships and sales are met
What You'll Bring:
Ideally a university degree relevant to our business e.g chemistry,



science or engineering
Proven leadership in sales – ideally 3 plus years
Exceptional customer service mindset
Strategic thinking with hands‐on management style
Ability to motivate, develop and support high‐performing teams
Strong organisational and communication skills
Tech‐savvy with advanced IT skills and strong SRM Management
Positive, adaptable, and ready to make an impact
