Snr Rehabilitation Consultant / Business Development
Atlas Rehab is seeking anExperienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant / business development consultantto join our team in the South Western Sydney region.
This role is suited to a Senior Consultant (3 years plus) who has experience with managing complex recovery at work clients (same and current employer) and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes.
The role requires a mix of managing clients and building your own caseload according to the types of work that you enjoy most.
This is afull-time hybrid role, based in our offices in South Western Sydney and/or workplaces and community.
There is potentially scope to request flexible work conditions and/or work from home (part time).

Key Responsibilities
Assess,



plan and implement Recovery at work for clients (same employer / new employer)
Complete discipline specific assessment (for example vocational assessment / workplace assessment)
Develop, implement, and reviewindividualised, goal-driven rehabilitation plansaligned with clients needs and scheme requirements
Provide high-level case management, including proactive problem-solving and escalation where required
Liaise closely with medical specialists, treating providers, community team members, families, and scheme agents
Monitor progress, outcomes, and service delivery, adjusting strategies to optimise recovery and independence
Prepare clear, timely, and clinically sound reports and recommendations for stakeholders
Maintain accurate, compliant, and detailed case documentation in line with legislative and organisational standards
Marketing and business development to secure new work within your skill set
About You
Relevant tertiary qualification inRehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychologyand registration with Professional body and/or AHPRA as relevant
Minimum 3 years' experienceworking in Occupational Rehabilitation
Demonstrated expertise managing multiple stakeholders




Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
Advanced problem-solving and clinical reasoning abilities
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Sound knowledge of rehabilitation frameworks, case management principles, and relevant legislation
Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously
Compassionate, participant-centred approach with professional confidence and resilience
