Sales Consultant- Novated Leasing
, you'll guide employees through one of the biggest financial decisions they make - purchasing their next vehicle.
You'll work with qualified inbound enquiries generated through our digital platform, marketing activities and employer partnerships, providing expert advice and delivering an outstanding end-to-end experience from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery and beyond.
Your success will be measured by both your sales performance and the experience you create for every customer.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the employee journey.
Consult with employees to understand their needs and recommend tailored novated leasing solutions.
Convert qualified inbound opportunities into settled novated leases.
Generate referrals through outstanding customer service.
Build trusted long-term relationships with customers.
Collaborate with dealerships, financiers, and internal teams.
Keep accurate CRM records and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Share customer feedback that helps shape the future of our Auto-Pilot platform.
You'll Bring:
3+ years' experience in Australian novated leasing.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets.




Outstanding consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Robust commercial judgement and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM systems.
A growth mindset and enthusiasm for working with creative technology.
Financial services experience and experience in technology-enabled customer environments will be highly regarded.
