Marine Rescue Queensland (MRQ) is seeking a capable leader to establish its recent identity and oversee the Regional Support Centre. The role will guide and mentor a team around 35 employees, coordinating with up to 3000 volunteers across the state in boating safety, education, and emergency response.
You will engage with disaster management groups, develop programs with government and Indigenous communities, and drive post-event analyses to improve regional capacity and capability.
