About the Role
We're seeking experienced Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Bar Managers and Supervisors to join our growing team across multiple Melbourne venues. If you're a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced, premium venues and loves developing high-performing teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring
Previous management or leadership experience in a busy restaurant, bar or premium hospitality venue
Solid leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills
Experience leading busy service periods with confidence
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Commercial awareness,



including budgeting and achieving business targets
Experience with rostering and workforce management systems such as Deputy (or similar)
Experience using H&L; POS (or similar) and Microsoft Office
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and rotating opening and closing shifts
