Role Overview
We are currently hiring3 Sales Representativesto join our team in Vermont, VIC:
In thesefull-time roles, you will focus on eitherAir Conditioning SolutionsorSolar Energy (Solar Panels & Batteries), depending on your background and interests.
Your main responsibility will be todevelop new business opportunities and close dealwhilemaintaining strong client relationships, supported by our marketing and operations team.
You will:
Proactively generate new leadsthrough phone, networking, digital channels, and face-to-face meetings.
Build strong client relationships.
Deliverconsultative sales, recommending tailored solutions inair conditioning or solar energy.




Collaboratewith the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Close deals andachieve sales targets.
About You
Minimum1 year of sales experience(any industry; HVAC/solar experience an advantage but not required).
Experience inboth B2B and B2C salesis preferred.
Full-time working rights in Australiaare essential.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skillsto build trust and rapport.
Mandarin language skillsare necessary,Cantonese language skill are a plus.
Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required.
