Preschool Educator Full time / Part time / Cert III / Diploma
Kensington Kids Kingdom is seeking passionate and qualified Preschool Educators to join our dynamic team of early childhood professionals.
This part-time or full-time offers the opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the development and wellbeing of children in our care.
What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality educational and care experiences for children aged 3-5 years
Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
Ensuring a secure, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
Collaborating with families to support each child's unique needs and interests
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings
What we're looking for
Certificate III or Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
Experience working in a childcare or early learning environment
Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best possible care for children
A current Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one
