The Role:
We're looking for aPrint Technicianto join ourSunshine Coastteam full-time.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality print support across our Managed IT and Print customer base.
You'll be responsible for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring our clients experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Based inMaroochydore.
Key Responsibilities
Provideonsite and remote supportfor print devices and related software
Deliverrepairs, installations, and preventative maintenanceacross a range of devices
Build robust relationships with customers throughclear communication and reliable service
Ensure all work is completed in line withSLA requirements and service delivery processes
Maintain accuratejob documentation, system updates, and stock management




Proactively identify opportunities toimprove service delivery and customer outcomes
About You
Proven experience as aPrint Technicianor in a similar technical support role
Strong experience diagnosing and repairingmulti-function printers and print devices
Solid understanding ofprint software and troubleshooting
Exposure toIT environmentswill be highly regarded
Experience inproduction print environmentswill be highly regarded
Experience working withKonica MinoltaandKyocera devices/solutionswill be highly regarded
Excellentcustomer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
Strong attention to detail and commitment toquality outcomes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current and validdriver's licence
Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)for working with children
