This is an outstanding prospect for an experienced Customs Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive compliance excellence, and play a key role in supporting international trade across a dynamic and fast-paced business
Position Overview:
Managing the Customs team, the successful applicant will need excellent communication / people management skills coupled with a solid background in Customs.
This is a newly created position, so whilst there will be some lodgements to be done on a daily basis, the position will mainly focus on value adding to their already vast portfolio of accounts and provide them with additional services on a daily basis.
There is ample opportunity to bring your own ideas to life in an environment geared towards improvement and progression.
The position will see you managing a team of local Customs Brokers.
Salary and Perks:
Salary is extremely negotiable dependent upon relevant skills and experience
$130,000 - $150,000 + Super
Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this role you must be a Customs Broker, ideally who has had experience managing a Customs department.
But if you have been a team leader or Supervisor of a Customs department and feel you are ready for this next step in your career, you would also be encouraged to apply
