Perform routine and detailedvibration analysisin accordance with ISO standards using tools such as CSI **** and Commtest analyzers.
Conducton-site balancingof rotating equipment including fans, pumps, turbines, and motors.
Carry out precisionlaser alignmentfor coupled rotating machines using advanced laser tools.
Support advanced diagnostics, includingrun-up and coast-down testingof turbines and other critical assets.
Use and interpret data fromSystem 1,AMS, and other condition monitoring software platforms.
Prepare detailedtechnical reportsincluding recommendations for corrective actions.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to developpredictive maintenance strategies.
Conductultrasound,infrared thermography, andlubrication assessments(preferred but not mandatory).
Ensure safety and compliance with all relevant procedures and client site requirements.
Providetechnical support and mentoringto junior team members when required.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
ISOVCAT-II certificationfrom Mobius Institute (VCAT-III preferred).




Minimum5 years of hands-on experiencein condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and machinery diagnostics.
Proven experience usingCSI ****,Commtestinstruments, and associated software platforms.
Demonstrated ability to performon-site balancingandlaser alignmentindependently.
Experience withturbomachinery diagnostics, including start-up and shutdown data collection andSystem 1analysis.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Preferred Skills (not mandatory):
Exposure tooil analysis,motor current analysis, andultrasound testing.
Knowledge ofroot cause analysis (RCA)andreliability-centered maintenance (RCM)principles.
Familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
Soft Skills:
Solid communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
