Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is seeking an experienced and passionate Allied Health professional to join our leadership team as Allied Health Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational and professional leadership across a diverse multidisciplinary Allied Health team while contributing to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across acute, aged care and community health settings.
The position is offered at 0.6 FTE (negotiable) on a fixed-term basis from 7 September **** to 30 October ****.
We are also open to discussing additional hours through a clinical caseload within the successful applicant's discipline, enabling candidates to combine leadership and clinical practice.
About You
A relevant Allied Health qualification and eligibility to practise within your profession
Demonstrated leadership experience within a healthcare environment
Experience working across acute, aged care and/or community health settings
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary Allied Health service delivery
Knowledge of CHSP, HACC PYP, NDIS, Home Care Packages and MBS-funded services
Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and service development projects

Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is situated in Rochester which is the gateway to the mighty Murry River region and close to the regional centres of Echuca, Bendigo and Shepparton.
We are a Small Rural Health service, providing a broad range of acute, residential aged care, preventative and primary health programs to a population of approximately 8,600 people in the Campaspe and Bendigo Shires.
